Their portfolio lives on Instagram rather than a website, so you can see how they actually shoot before you send a message.

Burro Buddies
A family-owned Northeast Florida business whose trained miniature donkeys — Beverage Burros — carry drinks, favors, or snacks while mingling with your guests. Handlers are ServSafe certified, fully insured, and the setup is venue-friendly. Equal parts conversation starter, photo opportunity, and the most memorable "plus one" at the party.

Roberta Zmieski and Isabella Langemann are a two-planner team covering full planning, partial planning, and day-of coordination, including destination weddings. Their day-of package is not actually a day-of package — it starts three months out, with a detailed timeline, every vendor confirmed for load-in and load-out, and an assistant on site beside the lead planner. If you want someone to run the day so you can be in it, these are the people we'd point you to.
