What Your Policy Needs to Show
The requirements, in plain terms
General liability
Minimum $1,000,000 per occurrence. A $2,000,000 aggregate limit is recommended.
Liquor liability
Required whenever alcohol is served at the Event.
Additional insured
Your certificate must name Ranch Event Venue LLC, Ezequiel De Andrade and Karen Andrade individually.
Certificate deadline
Proof of coverage is due 15 days prior to your Event Date.
These are the same requirements set out in our Master Service Agreement, Section 11. If your own carrier or broker can meet them, you are welcome to use them instead — the link above is simply the fastest path for a single event date.
Once You've Purchased
Send us the certificate
- Download your certificate of insurance as a PDF.
- Check that the additional insureds are spelled exactly as listed above.
- Email the certificate to rancheventvenue@gmail.com — the sooner, the better.
Proof of coverage must be on file 15 days before your Event Date. Failure to provide proof of insurance voids access to the ranch, so it is worth handling the week you buy the policy rather than the week of the event.
