What's the difference between a countryside venue like this and a traditional hotel or ballroom?
A countryside venue gives you open-air space, natural light, and a setting that doesn't feel like every other event hall. You trade some of the built-in conveniences of a hotel for privacy, character, and typically a lower cost — and our covered barn means you don't have to sacrifice a weather backup to get it.
When is the best time of year to host an outdoor event in Florida?
October through April tends to offer the most comfortable temperatures for outdoor events, though our covered barn makes the property usable comfortably year-round.
Do you offer on-site overnight accommodations?
We don't offer on-site lodging directly, but we're happy to help coordinate nearby accommodations for you and your guests in the surrounding area.
What does it take to book a date?
A deposit secures your date. Reach out with your event type and preferred date, and we'll walk you through the next steps.
Can we bring our own vendors?
Yes — the property is fully open-vendor. Bring your own caterer, florist, DJ, photographer, or any other provider you choose.
What happens if it rains?
Our covered barn serves as a rain backup for both ceremony and reception, so weather doesn't have to change your plans.
Is parking available on-site?
Yes, there's ample on-site parking for guests at no additional cost.
