You trade some of the built-in conveniences of a hotel for privacy, character, and typically a lower cost — and our covered barn means you don't have to sacrifice a weather backup to get it.

When is the best time of year to host an outdoor event in Florida?

October through April tends to offer the most comfortable temperatures for outdoor events, though our covered barn makes the ranch usable comfortably year-round.

Do you offer on-site overnight accommodations?

We don't offer on-site lodging directly, but we're happy to help coordinate nearby accommodations for you and your guests in the surrounding area.

What does it take to book a date?

Accepted Answer

A $500 non-refundable retainer secures your date at signing, and 20% of the total is due seven days after signing. The remaining payment schedule is set per client in the booking agreement. A separate $500 fully refundable security damage deposit is collected before the event. Reach out with your event type and preferred date, and we'll walk you through the next steps.
